Breathing
Do you ever focus so hard on your breathing, that you are literally controlling your breathing. And then you aren’t breathing enough, or your breathing too much, and then you can’t stop. And next thing you know, it’s been 10 minutes and all you can think about is the way your breathing, and you’re trying to breathe normally, but you’re too hyper focused on it, so you’re breathing very out of your normal? And eventually something else pops into your head, and you forget all about it, until you think about it again, and then you’re back at square one.
Maybe it’s the ADHD, maybe it’s the autism, maybe I’m just weird, or maybe you do this too?
